question about sending off a vehicle title

If i purchased a vehicle and i need to send the title off to come back to me and the title is signed by all parties and notarized but i cant make it to the local office to send it off before they close can i send someone else to send the title off for me if i fill a power of attorney form from the dmv appointing them power of attorney and have it notarized?
