You can use any type of fruit you like. Great served with ice cream.


1 cup sugar
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. self rising flour
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
1 can fruit pie filling

Mix sugar, milk, egg, and flour. Melt butter in the baking pan you will bake in. pur the mixture into the pan. Spread the can of pie filling on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
