Easy and tasty!


2 tbs. butter
1 lb. chicken breasts(cut into strips)
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1 mediun onion, chopped(optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups eggs noodles

Cook chicken in 1 tbs. butter. Remove from pan.
Cook onions and mushrooms in remaining butter.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Heat until boiling.
Return chicken to pan. Heat throughly.
Serve over cooked egg noodles, salt and pepper to taste.
